I may be biased, but I would not send a homebuyer to an inspector who didn’t have the clients best interests at heart. Nobody puts more time, effort and skill into inspecting a home than OZ. ozhomeinspections.com

I have used Eric with Oz home inspection multiple times and my clients were very happy how thorough his work ethic is and that he is taking his time to inspect a house. Furthermore both my clients and I appreciate the effort he takes to point out what needs to be addressed and that he is also explaining everything so there is a clear understanding to what is also just to be considered “maintenance “. Therefore he is on my list of top inspectors I recommend to my clients!!!
